These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Orda (getorda.app), operated by Orda Technologies Ltd, Kampala, Uganda. By creating an account or using Orda, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Orda.
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial. We may suspend accounts that abuse trials.
Orda provides a WhatsApp-based AI platform that replies to your customers, takes orders, verifies mobile-money payments from screenshots, and hosts an online store.
We provide the software and infrastructure. You are solely responsible for the products you sell, the prices you set, fulfilment, delivery, and compliance with local commerce, tax, and consumer-protection laws.
Orda is offered on a subscription basis after a free trial. Your trial converts to a paid plan unless cancelled before it ends.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected). Fees are non-refundable except as stated in Section 5.
You authorise us, via our payment processors, to charge your selected payment method. If a charge fails, we may suspend your account until payment is resolved.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
New accounts receive a free trial as displayed at signup. No payment is taken during the trial, and you may cancel any time before it ends at no charge.
After the first paid charge, fees are non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, downgrades, or cancellations mid-cycle.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@getorda.app within 14 days and we will review in good faith.
You agree not to use Orda to:
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service • Sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods • Defraud customers or misrepresent products, prices, or availability • Harass, abuse, or harm others • Attempt to breach, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform or its security • Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
Orda connects to WhatsApp through an unofficial session linked from your own device. WhatsApp is a product of Meta and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Orda. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with WhatsApp's Terms. We are not liable for account restrictions imposed by WhatsApp or Meta.
The service relies on third parties (Supabase, Vercel, Railway, Resend, Google, Upstash). Their availability is outside our control.
Orda uses AI (including Google Gemini) to generate replies and verify payment screenshots. AI can make mistakes. It may misread a payment, give an inaccurate answer, or misunderstand a customer.
You are responsible for reviewing AI activity and for any orders, prices, discounts, or confirmations issued through your account. Orda is a tool to assist you, not a replacement for your own judgement. We make no warranty that the AI will be error-free.
You retain ownership of your business data, products, and customer conversations. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the legality of the content you upload and the messages your customers exchange through your account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing. Your account remains active until the end of the paid period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. You may request an export of your data within 30 days; after that, data may be permanently deleted.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orda Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and by posting the updated Terms at getorda.app/terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
